	Matthew Collitt, Project Manager Matt Collitt is experienced in both land development and the home building industry. Consequently, Matt fully understands the entire development process of a residential community; from breaking ground to certificates of occupancy. He has been both a land development superintendent and a manager of home-building superintendents. Matt is skilled at supervising diverse personnel and has developed excellent relationships with trade partners and municipal authorities. Joe VanAelstyn , Development Manager Joe Van Aelstyn has been involved with land development for the last 6 years. However, in that time frame, he has been involved with projects consisting of $20 million design-build contracts through subdivisions as small as 30 lots. His strengths include budget management, contract scopes, district management, and municipality coordination. Joe has been responsible for the budgets & production of 2,200 lots a year from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs and has aided in bringing those subdivisions to completion under budget and on schedule.
